How long does an order take?
Our standard lead time is 3 -5 business days from the time the artwork is approved.
What kind of logo do I need?
We accept all logos in vector file: either .AI or .EPS.
We also accept .jpg, .pdf, .png for sublimation orders.
Can I pick it up in Store?
Yes, we are open to the public to pick up at our San Diego location – free of charge.
Can you ship my order?
Yes, there is a flat $20 fee for ground shipping for up to 50lbs anywhere within the US. All orders above that will be provided a custom quote for shipping.
Can I pay a rush fee to pick up my order today?
Yes, our rush fee is $50 flat or 50% of the invoice total – whichever is greater. We offer same day, next day service with this fee.
Can I get a proof before I pay?
In order for us to cater to our customers in the most efficient way, we require all invoices be paid in full when the order is placed.
We allow as many revisions as needed during our proofing stage, free of charge. So if there are changes you’d like to make or ideas about your design
you were hoping for beforehand, please feel free to request them.

What size plates are available?
Metal sheet stock for laser engraving or sublimation print can be cut any size that fits your needs within 12″ x 12″. For placards the
options are any size within 24″ wide x 12″ long and there is more freedom with the cut design or shape.

What if I don't see what I want on your website?
We strive to meet our customer’s needs, so if you have an idea of what you’re looking for or a picture of an example, please feel free to
send that to us and ask. We will do our best to provide options for you to meet your event’s needs.

Can I request a specific font be used for my award?
Yes! The plethora of font options is like an array of spices to a chef!
What kind of file is needed if I want my company logo on the award?
All logos will need to be in a vector file (either .EPS or .AI) for us to guarantee clear engraving or print. On occasion, we are able to use .jpg or .pdf files, but will be determined after reviewing the file.
